I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the Apollo 2 OC that I received from you a couple of days ago; very prompt and well packed, it is perfect. I was a little worried when I saw "Sunburst" on the box but my fears were soon allayed once opened! Your price was excellent and I was even more delighted at the included gig bag and extra strings - thankyou.
All I have to do now is to learn how to play the thing; that's when I can prise it away from my daughter who seems to prefer it to her Vintage electric.

Just a brief note of my feedback following my recent visit to your new premises in Wrexham
I had been looking for a good quality but reasonably priced electro acoustic guitar for some time mainly for home use and recording. Having seen that you had an excellent range of Freshman guitars at your new shop in Wrexham by viewing the video link on your website, I visited the shop.
The Freshman range that you have in-store in my opinion is an excellent choice for both beginner and professional alike. The guitars are finished and set up to a high standard and I was very impressed with the quality of craftmanship and tone at the various pricepoints.
I was also highly impressed by the no pressure and friendly sales environment and your detailed knowledge of the range of stock was excellent and assisted me greatly in making my purchase.
I have a collection of guitars and have experienced buying from many stores in the UK. However, I believe that your new Wrexham store coupled with your attitude and enthusiasm is certainly one of the best I have been in.
The store itself is presented to a high standard with ample room for trialling the instruments in the showroom area.
I would recommend the store to anyone looking for advice or to purchase

yesterday I recieved Apollo 2 DC you've sent and I just can't put it down! It plays really nice, love the sound and the action. Its great value for money and didn't expect free extras like strings and gigbag. Great guitar, great service and quick delivery.
